مشاكل الاطفال مع التنمر

التنمر هو الاعتداء والتسلط والمضايقة عن قصد وبشكل متكرر من قبل شخصٍ أو مجموعة أشخاص على آخر، بغرض قهره، إرهابه، ايذائه، اضطهاده، اهانته او نيل مكتسبات منه. والمتنمر قد يبدأ سلوكه المتسلط  منذ تسجيله في رياض الاطفال ويستمر معه مدى الحياة. 

تنتشر هذه الظاهرة ليس فقط بين الاولاد وانما بين البنات كذلك. واغلب اولياء الامور لا يعيرون انتباها لمعاناة اولادهم الذين يقعون ضحايا للمتنمرين، ولا يدركون مدى الضغط النفسي والرعب الذي يمنعهم حتى من الشكوى لذويهم أو مدرسيهم.

ما الذي يجعل الطفل متنمراً

قد لا يكون المتنمر أكبر الاطفال حجماً، وقد تكون بنتاً، وربما يشكو من إعاقة ما.

يتسم المتنمر بما يلي: 

  • النرجسية وحب الذات وحب السيطرة والتحكم.
  • يستمتع بايذاء ضحاياه الدائميين الذين يختارهم بعناية بمختلف الطرق.
  • يتكلم بصوت عالي ليسيطر على من حوله وباسلوب الاوامر ويمنع الاخرين من مناقشته.

ماذا تفعل اذا كان طفلك متنمرأ او معتديا على الاخرين ؟

  1. 1 كن هادئاً. فقد تضطر لمواجهة ادارة المدرسة واهالي الاطفال عند شكواهم من ولدك، ولا احد يريد التكلم معك إن كنت غاضباً كما لا تحاول أن تبرر تصرفات ولدك العنيفة.
  2. 2 تأكد من عدم وجود إعاقة ذهنية: يجب عليك التأكد أن سلوك ولدك ليس بسبب مرض او اعاقة ففي كثير من الحالات يكون سبب السلوك العدواني هو اعاقة ذهنية او مرضية او بسبب ضعف المهارات الاجتماعية التي تدعوه للتنمر على الاخرين، ولابد من تشخيص حالته إذ ربما يكون من الافضل له ان يتعلم في مدارس خاصة.
  3. 3 استمع لما يقوله الاخرون عن سلوك ولدك. ثم استمع الى رواية ولدك للأحداث. وحاول ان تفهم اسباب السلوك لتقرر هل ان ولدك هو االمعتدي ؟ أم ان الاخرين هم المعتدون؟ حاوره.
  4. 4 اشرح لولدك الاذى الذي يسببه سلوكه، فالتنمر يسبب اذى جسديا ونفسيا وعاطفيا للاولاد الذين يعتدي عليهم قد يدوم مدى الحياة بدون ذنب اقترفوه.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
